On January 21, our club announced the contract signing with the captain of the Russian youth national team Jose-Diana Pamen Tchato. This is the fifth transfer of Russian internationals to Dynamo Women. The Dynamo head of the department for sports projects Alexander Udaltsov told about the achievements since the launch of the women's football in our club's structure, and shared the plans for the Dynamo Women development.
— Only two months have passed since the launch of the women's football at Dynamo, but we have already realized a lot of our plans. We have completed the formation of the coaching, medical and administrative staffs of three teams – U-21, U-15 and U-13. We organized trial camps for all teams and strengthened our senior team with high-quality and promising footballers from the Russian national team, as well as U-21 and U-17 teams.
Sergey Lavrentiev took charge of the U-21 team. He is a well-known specialist, who comes from our Academy. In his work, Sergey Nikolaevich rests upon the same ideas as Sandro Schwarz – he wants to play attractive football focusing on young players' development.
We also pay great attention to youth teams, which are coached by competent specialists – Valentina Barkova and Lyubov Komarova. Tomorrow our team will start playing in the winter championship. The first opponent is Lokomotiv. Of course, we understand that the girls have not played together yet, but it is important to aspire to a level we need to be at.
At the weekend, the main team will fly to Turkey for a training camp, where it will stay not far from the Dynamo first team, the Dynamo-2 team and the Academy. It is important that Dynamo Women are an integral part of our large Dynamo family.
We signed five professional contracts this winter. Jose-Diana Pamen Tchato, Kristina Komissarova, Irina Dricheva, Arina Taranchenko and Liana Kotelnikova are all players of the Russian national teams of different ages. We hope that not only they, but also other girls from our youth team will be able to struggle for a spot at the Super League team next year, where we will begin our journey in the club's centenary year.
In the near future, we are planning to open women's football direction at Dynamo affiliated academies. We daily receive requests from the regions to launch this process as soon as possible.
