The blue and white midfielder Anton Miranchuk spoke about the atmosphere at Dynamo, his connection with Bitello and emotions before the meeting with the former team.
— How fast was your adaptation in the team? What can you say about the atmosphere within the team?
— As for the atmosphere in the team, I can say that everything is cool and friendly. Everyone communicates with each other, despite the fact that we have a lot of foreigners. It turned out to be faster to find a common language with the guys from Latin America, because they are more open people, it is easier to contact them. I've known the Russian guys for a long time, so the adaptation went very quickly, if there was one at all.
— You are a big fan of rap, and what kind of music is most often heard in the Dynamo locker room now?
— Glebov is in charge of our music, he's doing a great job in this regard – he puts on a mix. There are Russian performers, and rock, and rap, and Latin music, that is, all genres. It seems to me that everyone can tune in to the game for their genre.
— The start of the season for Dynamo turned out to be difficult. What should I do to keep moving up the table?
— We need to continue to bend our line, achieve results step by step and win three points. Now everyone has learned to play both defensively and offensively, plus they adapt to the opponent, so there are no simple matches for anyone. It is necessary to continue to feel our game, to find more mutual understanding with partners, and we are on the right track in this regard. We look clearly ahead and slowly move towards our goals.
— If we leave aside the cup match in Krasnodar, then in recent games the performance has noticeably increased, there have been three victories in a row. Can we say that the team has finally adapted to the requirements of Valery Karpin?
— I think we hear the coach more, understand what he demands and do it on the field. It is very important to believe in what he says and transfer it to the games.
— A certain turning point happened after the September break in the match with Spartak. For Dynamo, this club has always been the main antagonist, and for you, who is the main rival in the Russian championship?
— Good question. Probably, for the Moscow team, the main rival should be another Moscow team. Therefore, I will choose all the clubs in the capital.
— Valery Karpin has repeatedly said that he does not read any press and publications, so he does not know what they say about him or his team. And how do you react to comments in the media and on the Internet, where, for example, almost every match there is a comment by the president of Sion about your game?
"Not anymore. But it still reaches me, either after the match someone will shout something, or something else. That's why I don't read either and have already developed immunity. I know when I played badly and when I played well, when I played right and when I didn't. And when something is said, it is more likely to hurt a person.
— You have three assists in September. Are you in your top form now?
— I think my best form is yet to come. Of course, the physical conditions have improved – the pause for the national teams helped, and I played several matches for 90 minutes at Dynamo. All this goes to the plus, to the piggy bank. It's even good that the matches take place every two or three days, taking into account the Cup, so you come to your senses faster. There are still some moments in the feeling of the game and the rhythm, but in the process of work everything will get better.
— Of your three assists, two went to Bitello. Can I say that you have already formed a bond with him? How do you share corners and penalties with him?
— Everything is simple with corners and penalties – the coaching staff tells you who is serving and in what position. Bitello is a great football player, I began to understand his game and what he wants from the first training sessions. I am very close to his game, so it is not difficult to understand him at one time or another. Although there was one moment in the recent match with Krylia when we didn't understand each other. We talked later and decided everything. In general, I understand where he will run and open up, so we find each other on the field.
— Ahead of the derby with your hometown club – will the meeting with Lokomotiv be special?
— Of course. I grew up in this club, he raised me and gave me a lot, for which I am grateful to him. I can say the warmest words to Lokomotiv. I know all my former teammates, as well as many coaches and staff. I think there will be a certain thrill, such a match with a "tick".
— Are you surprised by such a start of Lokomotiv, which has never conceded so far?
— I can't say I'm surprised, because they started last season well. They have a good team, for several years they have built up an understanding, a game drawing. They play their football and achieve the desired result.
— Do you have enough strength for a full match after such an energy-consuming cup game in Krasnodar?
— I hope so. At least I will do everything to recover and prepare for this match.
