Today, a press breakfast was held at the VTB Arena – the Central Dynamo Stadium named after Lev Yashin in honor of the release of the book Pain and Loyalty. About the love to Dynamo and about the love to all football in the stories of modern writers and fans.
Pain and Loyalty is a joint project of Elena Shubina's editorial team, the Smyslovaya 226 literary community, and Dynamo Football. It's not just a book about Dynamo, but about football in general and football fandom as a phenomenon.
The presentation was attended by Dynamo's general manager, Pavel Pivovarov; the book's authors, Dmitry Danilov and Sergey Zakharov; as well as passionate fans and authors of stories and memoirs Kamil Larin, Sergey Sirotkin, Valery Ostretsov, and Vasily Frolov, Lev Yashin's grandson. For them, football is much more than just a game.
The informal discussion took place in a friendly atmosphere and concluded with a commemorative photo session at the legendary stadium in the heart of Moscow.
