In the 27th round, the blue-and-whites comfortably defeated Sochi (2-0), scoring a goal in each half: Konstantin Tyukavin scored after a well-aimed pass from Arthur, and Nicolas Ngamaleu capitalized on a beautiful backheel from Bitello. "We always strive to finish high. We don't want to make predictions, but I can say for myself that the team will do everything possible to win medals. Right now, everything is in our hands. We need to pick up points in the remaining three matches. We'll take it game by game, and then we'll see. Our next game is against Dynamo. Our focus is solely on that," said Lokomotiv goalkeeper Anton Mitryushkin.

Danil Glebov trained for a year at the Lokomotiv Academy, after which he moved to Anzhi Makhachkala.
