Dynamo assistant coach Rolan Gusev turns 48 on Wednesday.
Rolan was born in Ashgabat, moved to Moscow at the age of 9, where he entered the Dynamo football school. In 1996, he made his debut in the main team, in which he spent 6 seasons, played 161 matches and scored 28 goals. Then he moved to CSKA, where he won the Russian championship three times, the National Cup four times, and also won the UEFA Cup.
In 2019, Rolan Alexandrovich began his coaching career at the CSKA Academy, and later led the Army to victory in the Youth Football League. In June 2023, he returned to Dynamo as an assistant coach of the team.
