On Tuesday, blue and white midfielder Timofey Marinkin turns 18.
Marinkin was born in Moscow and joined the Dynamo Academy at the age of five. He progressed through all stages of youth development at his hometown Academy, captaining his teammates in the YFL-2 and YFL-3. Timofey won the Russian Championship in 2022, and since then has been regularly called up to the Russian youth national team for his age group.
Having just turned 17, the central midfielder made his professional debut in Dynamo-2's home match against Avangard Kursk. In the winter of 2026, he went to training camp with the main team, where he made his debut in the March cup match against Spartak, scoring an assist. Since then, Timofey has played in 14 matches.
