As part of a working visit to Dagestan, Sergey Stepashin, a member of the board of directors of the football club "Dynamo," visited the Lev Yashin "Dynamo" academy branch. The head of Dagestan, Sergey Melikov, also took part in the event.
The guests interacted with the young footballers, watched their training, and wished them success in their sports careers. On behalf of the academy, Sergey Stepashin and Sergey Melikov were presented with commemorative gifts — personalized jerseys.
The branch of the Dynamo "alma mater" has been operating in Kaspiysk since 2020. Currently, 265 kids aged from 6 to 17 years old are training here. From the first days, the academy's trainees have been competing in the youth tournament "YFL SOUTH".
Last year, the branch became the only football school to win prizes in two different age categories.
