Erik Yakhimovich

A product of Dynamo Minsk academy, he moved to Dynamo Moscow in 1994. He began his career as a defensive midfielder, which instilled in him a reading of the game and gave him good technique. He was a system-forming player in the defense of the white-blues in the 1990s. He was always straightforward and sincere, which is why he had conflicts with coaches.

He was distinguished by his reliability and tactical training. He was good at physical play, had a well-trained long-range shot, thanks to which he sometimes took free kicks.

After Dynamo, he managed to play in Turkey and return back. After finishing his career and returning to Moscow, he took up business and coaching at the Dynamo children's school. From 2007 to 2013, he was engaged in selection department of the club.
