An idol of the 1930s, a legendary left winger. Both a dribbler and a team player with tactical training. He did not disdain to work in defense, and could strike with both feet. In addition to football, he played bandy, in which he repeatedly became a champion and set a record for the number of national cups won.
On the field, he stood out for his technique, speed, and ability to change direction abruptly. He skillfully and effectively beat opponents one-on-one. He read game episodes perfectly, so he combined flawlessly with his partners, giving accurate and timely passes.
After his football career, he played bandy for several years. Then he worked as an administrator of the Dynamo team, and in his last years he was involved in children's and youth football in the Dynamo system.
