Alexander Vladimirovich Ivlev will become the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dynamo Moscow Football Club. On Monday, October 6, the club launched the necessary corporate procedures to formalize this appointment.

"Dynamo is a club with a great history, and much has been accomplished there in recent years," says Alexander Ivlev. "We remember both the games that brought us joy and gave us hope, as well as the specific failures and disappointments. Our shared goal now is to create a leading club with consistent, high-quality play that will delight fans and lead us to titles."

Alexander Ivlev currently runs a private consulting practice, serves on the boards of several companies, and is involved in charitable projects. In recent years, he has also served on the Advisory Board of Dynamo, a club he has supported since 1974.

Alexander Vladimirovich was born in Moscow in 1967 and graduated from the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages ​​with a degree in English and French translation. He later earned a master's degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and held senior positions in the Moscow office of the international consulting firm Ernst & Young.

For many years, Ivlev was ranked among the "Top 1000 Russian Managers" and was named the "Best Executive" in 2016. He is a member of the organizing committee of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and the Public Council of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development. He has received various state awards, including the Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland," 2nd Class.

From 2017 to 2020, he also chaired the Supervisory Board of the Russian Anti-Doping Agency.
