This autumn, another point appeared on the Dynamo map — the Dynamo children's football school started operating in Ashgabat (the capital of Turkmenistan).
The school management is convinced that a strong team is built on mutual understanding, support and respect — both between children and between coaches. Today, the school unites about 100 children aged 6 to 14 years, who train regularly and take the first steps towards great football success.
Young Dynamo players actively participate in city tournaments and friendly matches, and also undergo training camps in different regions of Turkmenistan. The director of the school Rustam Kemalovich is aimed at further confident development of the school and is making every effort to do so.
The training program is aimed not only at developing physical fitness and mastering the techniques and tactics of the game. The goal of the school is not just to teach the game of football, but to educate a person who is confident in himself and his abilities. Accordingly, the main thing for the coaching staff is for every child to feel the joy of football and strive to get better with each training session, cultivating diligence and perseverance. The coaching staff of the school includes 4 specialists.
"Talent is born out of work. And we help every child to discover this talent," says head coach Mikhail Kalmykov.
