Midfielder Dmitry Alexandrov was injured in the Dynamo-2 match.
"Dmitry has a contact injury to his right knee. He will soon undergo surgery at a specialized clinic," said Dynamo's head physician, Alexander Rodionov.
The 19-year-old midfielder has played in six matches for the Blue-Whites this season.
