During the March break, nine Dynamo players went to their national teams, and six of them flew to the American continent.

The American Inglewood hosted the Final Four of the CONCACAF Nations League, which was won by the Mexican national team for the first time in history. Luis Chavez came on as a substitute in the second half both in the semifinals with Canada (2:0), and in the final with Panama (2:1). This is the second title of the 29-year-old midfielder in the national team – in 2023 he won the CONCACAF Gold Cup.

In the qualifying tournament for the 2026 World Cup, the time has come for decisive meetings in South America. Fabian Balbuena played both full matches of the Paraguayan national team, in which they beat Chile (1:0) and drew with Colombia (2:2). Juan Caceres spent 90 minutes on the field in the first meeting, and in the second he was replaced after the first half. Jorge Carrascal was not included in the squad for this match, but came out at the end of the Colombian away game with Brazil (1:2).

Four rounds before the finish, both teams are close to qualifying for the main tournament of the quadrennial: Paraguay is in 5th place, and Colombia is in 6th, having a 5-point lead over Venezuela, which is in the play–off zone.

The Russian U-21 national team went to Colombia, where they held two friendly meetings with the local U-20 national team. The Russians lost the first one with a score of 0:1 – Egor Smelov played 68 minutes, and Denis Bokov came on as a substitute in the end. The second match ended in a 2-2 draw – here Bokov came out at the start and played 61 minutes, and Smelov appeared on the field on the 70th.

Only Daniil Fomin received a call to the main Russian national team. The Dynamo midfielder was in the starting lineup of Valery Karpin's team for the friendly game with Grenada, which took place at VTB Arena, and scored his debut goal for the national team. After the match, Fomin returned to the club and did not take part in the game with Zambia.

At the start of the European qualification for the World Cup, the Israeli national team beat Estonia (2:1), and Eli Dasa scored the winning goal and played the whole match. In the match with Norway, the Dynamo defender remained in reserve and came on as a substitute in the 61st minute - as a result, the Israelis lost with a score of 2:4.

Nicolas Ngamaleu also played in two qualification matches for the 2026 World Cup. In them, the Cameroon national team drew with Eswatini (0:0 – the striker came on as a substitute in the second half) and beat Libya (3:1 – he played 73 minutes). After 6 rounds, Cameroonians are in second place in their group, one point behind the leading Cape Verde.
