Both sides have reached an agreement on the transfer of 21-year-old centre-back, who joined the Italian club.
Sazonov moved to Dynamo in July 2021 and won Russian Premier League bronze medals in the first season. Saba made 44 appearances for the White-Blues and scored one goal.
Being a part of Dynamo, he debuted for Georgia U-21 and then for the senior national team of this country.
