Dynamo has extended the contract with Ulvi Babaev

The striker of the Russian U-21 national team Ulvi Babaev signed a new agreement with the club until the summer of 2029 with an option to extend it for another season – until the summer of 2030.

Babaev was born and took his first steps in football in Khimki, and at the age of 10, he transferred to the Dynamo Academy, where he subsequently excelled in the Club League, UFL-2, and the Youth Championship. He began playing for the white-and-blues' second team in September 2021, and by the following season, he had become one of Dynamo-2's leaders and top scorer.

He also began training with the main team, for which he made his debut in June 2023. He spent last season on loan at Krylia Sovetov, after which he returned to his hometown club and scored five goals in 15 matches in the first half of the current season, including a hat-trick in a cup match against the Samara team.

In November 2025, he made his debut for the Russian national under-21 team, scoring three times in three matches.
