The meeting of the 5th round of the Russian Premier League, held at VTB Arena, ended with the victory of the guests with a score of 3:1.
Andrey Lunev was injured in training, and Igor Leshchuk took his place in goal for the second match in a week. Maksim Osipenko returned to the starting lineup, and his replacement Bakhtiyor Zaynutdinov moved to the support zone.
It was the Kazakh newcomer to the white-blues who made the first shot from the penalty line - Igor Akinfeev parried the ball in the near corner. Rubens was the next to take aim, shooting near the post. The first 10 minutes passed with a noticeable advantage for the white-blues.
But the next ten minutes were already in favor of the army men, who converted their chances twice. First, Bitello made an inaccurate pass back, Tamerlan Musayev passed to Mateus Alves in one touch, and the Brazilian shot powerfully and accurately. Seven minutes later, Alves scooped the ball into Leschuk's penalty area, where Milan Gajic burst in behind the defenders and clearly converted a one-on-one opportunity.
Having missed painful blows, Dynamo again seized the initiative. Bitello got rid of his opponent with a beautiful feint and brought Denis Makarov into a scoring position – Akinfeev took the ball for good. Then Makarov received the ball again in the penalty area, passed it on to Ivan Sergeyev, but he shot right into the hands of the visiting goalkeeper. And CSKA scored again: a quick attack on the left flank ended with a cross from Moises and an accurate shot from Matvey Kislyak in a sliding tackle.
During the break, Zaynutdinov was replaced by Dmitry Skopintsev, who took a place on the left in the attack, and Bitello moved to the center. Dynamo were able to recoup one goal quite quickly – Makarov picked up the ball in the center of the field, ran with it to the penalty area and shot an unstoppable shot into the far corner with a ricochet off the post.
The game opened up, and the fast-footed army men counterattacked very dangerously: Danil Krugovoy and Musayev came out at an angle to Leshchuk's goal, who made two great saves. In another moment, Igor outplayed Alves in close combat. On the opposite side of the field, Bitello shot twice from the penalty area - Akinfeev saved the first shot, the second landed on top of the goal net.
Nicolas Ngamaleu and El-Mehdi Maouhoub came out to strengthen the attack for the last 15 minutes. The Dynamo players added pressure and could have saved the match. Caceres made a great cross from the right flank to Sergeyev, who hit the crossbar in a jump. Then Skopintsev completed an ideal combination in one touch - next to the post. Finally, Bitello cleverly threw Akinfeev and hit the crossbar.
