Dynamo veterans won in the 5th round of the "Never-fading Stars" without missing a single time

The fifth round of the XXIV tournament "Unquenchable Stars" took place on May 28 at the Oktyabrsky Stadium and was dedicated to the memory of the Honored Master of Sports of the USSR Valentin Borisovich Bubukin.

1) Dynamo – SVF – 1:0 (Mironov)

2) Dynamo – Spartak – 0:0

3) Dynamo – CSKA – 0:0

4) Dynamo – RFU – 0:0

5) Dynamo – Lokomotiv – 0:0

1st match. Under the scorching rays of the sun, the teams fought for victory in both halves. With an equal game, Dynamo still brought one attack to its logical end. Mikhail Markin gave a cool transfer to Alexei Mironov, and he charged from the left under the crossbar.

Victor Losev: The setup for the game was carried out correctly: to attack from the first minutes. Winning the first game means a lot.

2nd match. It was difficult to play against the persistent Spartak players: they tried too hard and sometimes over the top. The referee even had to cool down the ardor of the player at number 8 with a yellow card. Dynamo players played more intelligently, and how Alexey Kozlov could not get into the goal from three meters, he himself will not say.

Nikolai Smirnov: We had chances to score, they didn't have any. Either we are unlucky, or it's our own fault that we don't put the squeeze on.

3rd match. In the game against CSKA, Dynamo's luck turned completely away. Nikolai Smirnov's polyana of the army stadium did not bring two absolute moments together. The first time he swung his foot past the ball, and then launched the ball into the sky.

Victor Riveiro: Every football player has similar failures. The main thing is that we play well and we know how to create moments.

4th match. Under the hot sun, the players had less and less strength. Only the indefatigable Stanislav Dubrovin barraged at other people's gates, sometimes striking good shots after long overhangs from Eric Yakhimovich.

Stanislav Dubrovin: I'm in a fighting mood, I feel fine, I'm trying to score, but it doesn't work out. Disappointed with myself today.

The 5th match. The superfinal for winning the tour: Dynamo – Lokomotiv. Possession of the ball by the teams was equal, and the score of the corners was strongly in favor of Dynamo – six against one. In the end, the referee awarded a penalty to the Dynamo goal, which, according to the rules, must be executed by hitting an empty goal from the center of the field, but always on horseback. Kick – and the ball was reflected by the crossbar. As a result, the winner of the tour was determined with the help of a coin, which brought good luck to Dynamo.

Sergey Tovstonogov: I couldn't look at the penalty, I turned away. If they didn't score, it means they appointed him unfairly.

Vladimir Dolbonosov: It was a very difficult tour. For the lucky draw, special thanks to the light hand of Andrei Novgorodov, who pulled out the first place for us. At the same time, we increased the gap from the second place – this is a plus for us. And our other plus is the Dynamo fans, who supported us with chants in this heat. Maybe it was they who begged fate that the goal frame deflected the ball from the penalty, and then the lot was merciful. I am ready to believe that this is so.

The Dynamo team consists of Andrey Tveryankin (goalkeeper), Eric Yakhimovich (captain), Andrey Novgorodov, Dmitry Karablin, Stanislav Dubrovin, Alexey Mironov, Alexey Kozlov, Alexey Kutsenko, Nikolai Smirnov, Mikhail Markin.

Substitute: Victor Riveiro.

Team leader: Vladimir Dolbonosov.

Dynamo veterans supported their native club: Mikhail Skokov, Viktor Losev, Andrei Smetanin.

Person of the tour: Andrey Tveryankin

The key moment of the tour happened in the last game, when Lokomotiv kicked a penalty against Dynamo for hitting the ball in the hand. A month ago, in a match of the same teams, there was also such a thing, and here it is again…

Then the shot made its way from seven meters, and Tveryankin reflected it in the throw, fixing the ball in his hands with the second movement.

Andrey Tveryankin: Two identical punishments, but different executions. In April they hit the goal with a goalkeeper, in May they hit the goal without a goalkeeper. Why have the rules changed so much in a month? It's inconvenient to praise myself, but my last successful save apparently discouraged my rivals. The referees allowed this time to shoot at an empty goal. But they forgot that the bar is a friend of the goalkeeper. For this, my goalkeeper thanks her.

The host of the sixth round, Spartak, invites rival teams to the arena of the Cherenkov Academy on Wednesday, June 4, at 11:00.
