On Wednesday, March 25, a webinar "Anti-doping support of the Russian Premier League" was held, organized by RPL together with RUSADA.
The event was attended by about 30 specialists, including representatives of the medical staffs of Dynamo FC, Lev Yashin Academy and Dynamo Housing and Communal Services.
RPL anti-doping coordinator Elizaveta Kapralova, head of the RUSADA Testing Organization Department Kamila Shafeeva, Head of the RUSADA Results Processing Department Valeria German and Chairman of the Medical Expert Council under the President of the RPL Eduard Bezuglov made presentations to the audience.
– The webinar turned out to be very useful for doctors of RPL clubs, as it took into account the specifics of our work as much as possible. Of particular value were the speeches of colleagues who touched on key aspects of anti–doping provision - from testing statistics to issues of staff responsibility and the safe use of supplements. The information received will certainly help in our daily work, – said Mikhail Butovsky, director of the Dynamo Medical Department, member of the Medical Expert Council under the President of the RPL.
