The match of the 16th round of the RPL will be held on November 23 at VTB Arena and will begin at 17:30 Moscow time.
Evgeny Bulanov will be assisted by assistant judges Dmitry Safyan and Denis Bereznov. Yaroslav Khromey has been appointed as a reserve referee, and the functions of the match inspector will be assigned to Sergey Matsyura. Artur Fedorov and Jan Bobrovsky will be responsible for the Video Referee Assistance System (VAR).
Previously, Bulanov served Dynamo matches seven times, in which they won six victories and drew once.
