On Tuesday, December 9, specialists responsible for medical care in RPL clubs gathered at the Novogorsk-Dynamo training base.
The main areas of the reports were injuries in professional football, recovery from injuries, anti-doping support and load tolerance control. In particular, with the report "Psychological aspects of returning to sports after injuries. Compliance issues" was addressed by the sports psychologist of the Dynamo Moscow Alyona Grushko.
— The doctors of the RPL clubs saw how our club lives, what funds are available to the players, how they eat, recover and undergo preparatory microcycles – we told and showed all this, – shared the chief doctor of Dynamo Alexander Rodionov. – At the conference there were interesting reports on topical topics that concern all RPL teams. I think that everyone has learned something interesting for themselves and was satisfied. Many thanks to the leaders of our club for allowing us to hold this event on our base, and to the leaders of the RPL, who organized everything very clearly and competently.
It should be noted that the conference was held for the first time on the basis of the RPL professional club.
