The Dynamo Odintsovo Football School continues to develop the sports direction and launches a specialized PRO group for the most talented students.
The school pays great attention to the development of its students, not only conducting high-level trainings, but also theoretical classes, viewing and analyzing past games, as well as organizing entertaining and educational events for children. The new format of working with promising players has become a logical continuation of this philosophy.
The PRO group is designed for talented pupils of the school born in 2016-2017 who have the potential for professional development and in the future transition to a new level. The main goal of the project is to unlock the potential of young football players and prepare them for the transition to the Academy and professional football.
Among the criteria for enrollment in this group, in addition to skills and sports potential, the school management highlights discipline, dedication, regular attendance of classes, responsible approach of the pupil's parents and his academic performance in secondary school. That is, the focus is on the harmonious development of a young football player — both an athlete and a personality.
