Today is a very important day for us – football club Dynamo Moscow was founded exactly 100 years ago, on April 18, 1923!
Dynamo have a history of glorious victories and big achievements including 11 League titles and 7 national Cups. Our club personifies Russian football, power of which the whole world learnt after the famous British tour of the White-Blues.
Dynamo are the one and only Russian club that fostered a winner of the Golden ball. Up to this day Lev Yashin remains an example of a first-class football player and is acknowledged as the best goalkeeper of all times.
Over the years Dynamo were represented by great number of legendary players and coaches, European Nations' Cup and Olympic champions whose names are widely-known. And we are confident that their number will rise thanks to the Dynamo Academy which is considered one of the best in the country.
Dynamo have a modern stadium at the heart of Moscow which has been, is and will be the home for our supporters. We are proud of every fan who truly supports our club and becomes its backbone!
