Alex Ovechkin scored the only goal in the first half converting heel pass by Fedor Smolov.
In the last 10 minutes of the second half Dynamo added four more goals. Konstantin Tyukavin made a brace, Nikolay Komlichenko converted a penalty and Yaroslav Gladyshev hit a screamer in the left top corner.
