Yaroslav is a graduate of the Lev Yashin Dynamo Academy and has been playing for the main squad since 2021. Together with the team, he twice became the bronze medalist of the Russian championship.
Gladyshev became the fifth football player in the current Dynamo squad to play 100 matches for the club.
