The Moscow clubs Dynamo and Veles have agreed on the transfer of goalkeeper Ilya Kuptsov. The agreement includes a buyback option and a percentage of the subsequent sale of the player.
Ilya is a graduate of the Lev Yashin Dynamo Academy. In the fall of 2021, he made his debut for the second blue and white team in professional football. In total, the 23-year-old goalkeeper has 37 matches for Dynamo-2, 13 of which are without conceded goals.
In the 2022/23 season, Kuptsov began to be actively involved in the training of the main squad and in July 2023 he made his debut for the main team in a cup match with Pari NN. He spent last season on loan at KAMAZ, for which he played 9 matches in the First League and the Russian Cup.
