We continue to summarize the results of the past season, in which there were many bright matches, beautiful goals and unexpected heroes. We have analyzed the team statistics in the previous article, and today we will talk about individual players.
This season, five pupils of the Lev Yashin Academy made their debut in the main squad of Dynamo: Viktor Okishor, Dmitry Alexandrov, Egor Smelov, Denis Bokov and Leon Zaydenzal. A total of 14 pupils of the club took the field during the season.
Six people tried on the Dynamo captain's armband: Fabian Balbuena (23 matches), Daniil Fomin (12), Dmitry Skopintsev (3), Konstantin Tyukavin (1), Andrei Lunev (1), Yaroslav Gladyshev (1).
El-Mehdi Mauhub's hat-trick in the cup match with Krylia Sovetov (6:3) was the first for Dynamo in seven years. Before him, Kirill Panchenko last scored three goals in one match in the FNL game with SKA-Khabarovsk in 2017.
Gladyshev caught up with Tyukavin in the list of the top scorers of Dynamo in the Russian Cup draws – both now have eight goals.
Bitello became the best assistant of the Russian championship, having made 11 assists to 10 different teammates at once (only Fomin received two assists from the Brazilian at once).
Gladyshev set a personal performance record, having distinguished himself 13 times in the national championship and Cup. Before that, his best result was 7 goals in the 2022/23 season.
Okishor in the cup match with Krylia Sovetov (5:1) became the youngest author of the double in the history of the club – this achievement he conquered at the age of 17 years, 7 months and 29 days.
According to the goal+pass system, Gladyshev (20), Bitello (16) and Jorge Carrascal (13) set their personal performance records for the season.
Tyukavin brought the number of his goals for Dynamo to 48 and came in fifth place among the best scorers in the club's Russian history.
Gladyshev and Denis Makarov played their hundredth matches for Dynamo.
Bitello had a very bright season, becoming the best in the league in several categories at once: the number of scoring chances created (46), assists (65) and participation in scoring attacks (32).
Also, the Brazilian has 18 accurate key passes (4th place in the RPL) and 99 accurate passes to the penalty area (9th place).
Gladyshev scored 32 shots on target and shared third place in the RPL, losing only to John Cordoba (36) and Manfred Ugalde (38), and also participated in 20 scoring attacks (11th result).
Carrascal proved once again that he is the king of dribbling, and with 119 strokes he took third place in the championship. The Colombian midfielder collected 58 fouls (8th place) and won 179 single combats in attack (8th place).
Mauhub shared sixth place in the league in the number of offsides (13).
Despite the large number of missed matches, Tyukavin finished seventh in terms of expected goals (10.58).
Ivan Lepskiy (80%) and Milan Majstorovic (71%) entered the top 10 in terms of the percentage of single combats won among players who had at least 30 duels.
Andrey Lunev was the best in the league in the game on exits (34 successful attempts) and pure progressive assists (98). He also has 19 successful safety nets (second result), 76 repulsed strikes (6th place) and 22 saves (6th place).
Igor Leshchuk scored 88% of repulsed shots in championship matches – the best figure among goalkeepers with at least 10 shots on target.
