We are starting to summarize the results of the 2025/26 season for our team. By tradition, we publish the most interesting statistical data provided by RuStat.
In total, in the 2025/26 season, the blue and white played 42 official matches: 17 wins, 10 draws and 15 defeats (three in a penalty shootout). The difference between goals scored and conceded was 70:51.
Our team has won seven crushing victories. The last time there was more in the 2021/22 season under Sandro Schwartz (8).
In the final table of the Russian championship Dynamo finished seventh for the fourth time in history (earlier in the seasons-2010, 2012/13, 2020/21) and for the first time after the reform of the Cup of Russia reached the finals of the RPL.
Dynamo became the best RPL team in the first half – 15 wins, 9 draws and 6 defeats.
In the second half of the championship, the blue and white scored 28 points (only Zenit and Krasnodar have more).
Dynamo started the calendar year with three consecutive victories in the Russian Championship for the first time since 2003 (4:0 with Krylia Sovetov, 4:1 with CSKA, 1:0 with Rostov). And if you take the Cup, then the series turned out to be a four–match series - with the defeat of Spartak with a score of 5:2.
Dynamo defeated CSKA in the Russian championship for the second time in history (the first case was in 2011 – 4:0), and also scored five goals for Spartak (for the first time this happened in 2012 in Luzhniki - 5:1).
In the penultimate round, Dynamo interrupted an unsuccessful series in the games with Krasnodar, beating the current champion of Russia for the 14th time. Only Lokomotiv has more such victories (18).
In the match of the 23rd round with Orenburg, our team scored in the 23rd consecutive home match, repeating the club record.
From standard positions, the blue and white scored 15 goals, and this is excluding penalties (12 from corners and 3 from free kicks). In Premier League matches, 34% of attacks from the standards ended with strikes (the third indicator after Paris NN and Krasnodar).
At once, 14 pupils of the Lev Yashin Dynamo Academy took part in the games of the season, three of them made their debut for the base (Kurban Rasulov, Timofey Marinkin and Maxim Balakhonov). They scored 20 goals and gave 14 assists.
Further, all figures are presented based on the results of the Russian Premier League season.
Dynamo scored 51 goals (fourth place in the league), created 186 scoring chances (fifth) and realized 27% of them (shared fourth place).
In matches involving Dynamo, 91 goals were scored, more happened only in games involving Lokomotiv (93).
Dynamo committed only 380 fouls (less than only CSKA and Zenit) and deserved only one removal (the same for Orenburg and Rubin).
The blue and white team became the leaders in the number of progressive passes (3040) and took the second place in a number of indicators: the number of corners (164), strikes (431), accurate strikes (164), strikes in the goal frame (9), canopies (421) and successful actions in team pressure (289).
The players of our team collected 1,872 rebounds – only Baltika and Dynamo Makhachkala had more.
Dynamo became the fourth in the number of accurate key passes (94) and successful single combats in defense (1372), and the fifth in possession of the ball (54%) and the number of assists (14283). 80% of them turned out to be accurate (the sixth result).
During the season, the blue and white carried out 1879 positional attacks (fourth place in the RPL), of which 11% ended in strikes. In terms of the number of quick attacks, the team took second place from the end (343, of which 18% with strikes).
