Dynamo striker Konstantin Tyukavin spoke about his mood and goals before the start of the season at a press conference dedicated to the upcoming WB show match with CSKA.
– What is your mood before the start of the championship?
– I had a rest, returned to the team, almost got fit, missed only one game. The final chord remains: we will play at home against CSKA in front of our fans, I invite everyone to the stadium, there will be a great atmosphere, as usual.
– You remember working with Sandro very well before he left. Is there a difference between that Sandro and the coach who is coaching you now?
– If you compare with me, Sandro has become a little more loyal, thanks to him for that (laughs). And so, everything is familiar to me, everything has been preserved by Sandro. I like what he gives us. We try to do everything: it's better somewhere, it's worse somewhere, but that's what the fees are for, to see the weak and strong points. In general, everything is fine, the atmosphere is cool.
– Who will be able to compete with you for the title of the best scorer in the new season?
– All the strikers will compete, everyone wants to score, the same Sasha Sobolev. John Cordoba has an injury, so he will miss the start of the season. It will be an interesting race, I will try to participate in it.
– Do you have a target for the number of goals per season?
– I didn't think about the number, but I have a goal to become the top scorer of the season.
– Will you be rooting for Argentina or Spain in the World Cup finals?
– I will be rooting for Spain.
– Artyom Dzyuba said that Alexander Ovechkin could not beat him in volleyball this vacation. You rested in one place, tell me, is it true?
– When I arrived, Artyom was no longer there. I played with Ovi in the same team, and no one had a chance to beat our team. Sasha was playing on the block, and it was impossible to push him.
