Dynamo football club thanks Marcel for the work done — under his leadership for two years the team demonstrated attacking football, and in the 2023/24 season won the bronze medal of the Russian championship, fighting for gold until the last round.
Under the leadership of Licka, Dynamo played 78 matches, in which they won 40 victories, suffered 21 defeats and drew 17 times with a goal difference of 161:119. In the last round, the blue and whites also broke their record by scoring in 20 matches in a row in the Russian Championship.
