Marcel Licka: "We played two different halves against Pari NN"

– We spent two different halves. In the first half, there was mostly slow, low-intensity football, without aggressive movement to the goal. We tried to play with the ball more, but there was no sharpness, so I made a substitution after the first half and released Moumi Ngamaleu. The replacement of the young Smelov was tactical, and not because of some of his poor performance.

Unfortunately, we lost two points. Now we are going through a period when we are playing well, but we are not winning. Maybe we didn't play so well today, but we got one point. When the opponent did not score a penalty in the 94th minute, you have to take this point as a plus. Thanks to Lunev! – Do you still regard one point as an acquisition?

–Yeah. If there had been no penalty in the last minute and we played 1:1, I would have said that for us it was a loss of points. But a penalty is a one hundred percent chance for an opponent, and now it should be assessed as a plus.

– At the same time, Dynamo's lag behind the leaders is gradually increasing. Is it true in this regard that the matches for the Russian Cup come out on top for Dynamo, or is the team still fighting on two fronts?

– I said earlier in the interview that any game is important. We understand that the gap from the teams that are fighting for the championship is already large. But we have to prepare for each match as for the last one. After all, you represent yourself, your family, who supports you, as well as the fans and the club.

The Cup is ahead, which is just as important as the championship. On Wednesday we have a game with CSKA, in which we have to prove that although we lost to them in two matches this year, we are ready to win and reach the finals of the RPL. After this match, we will need to quickly adjust to the game with Rubin in the championship. I repeat, every game is important to me.
