Five goals and one debut: Dynamo's performance in the national teams

During the autumn break, seven blue and white football players took part in friendly matches of their national teams.

The Russian senior national team played three home matches. First, the team secured two clean-sheet victories against Iran (2–0) and Namibia (6–0); in the first match, Konstantin Tyukavin played 78 minutes, while in the second, he came on after halftime and scored a goal (his third for the national team). Maksim Osipenko played 63 minutes against Namibia and the full match against Nigeria (3–3), a game in which Tyukavin entered the pitch in the 60th minute.

In contrast, the Russian U21 national team played three away matches. First, they defeated their Macedonian counterparts in Skopje (3–2); Viktor Okishor played a key role in the victory, converting one penalty and winning another. The Russians then traveled to Serbia, where they played the local national team twice. In the first match (3–1), Okishor recorded a goal and a yellow card, while Timofey Marinkin made his debut for the U21 squad, playing the full 90 minutes. The Serbs won the rematch (2–1), and among the Dynamo players, only Marinkin played a half.

Juan Cáceres helped Paraguay secure clean-sheet victories over Bolivia (2–0; played 90 minutes) and Colombia (1–0; played 64 minutes and received a yellow card). The latter match took place in the USA on October 3, so our right-back should be in good shape for the game in Kazan.

Maximiliano Gutiérrez had a successful stint with the Chilean national team, appearing in three matches. In the first, against Canada (0–1), he came on in the 62nd minute without registering a goal contribution; however, he started the other two games — against the USA (2–4) and Mexico (2–0) — and scored in both, netting the winning goal against Mexico.

Luis Chávez did not play in the match held in Los Angeles (which took place overnight Tuesday to Wednesday, Moscow time), nor did he feature in the friendly against Peru (1–1). The Mexican midfielder played 64 minutes against Colombia (1–1) and one half against the USA (0–3).
