On Sunday, former Dynamo defender Denis Kolodin turns 44.
Denis played for our club from 2005 to 2013, played in 153 matches and scored 17 goals. In the 2007 season, he became the team's top scorer, and a year later he helped her win bronze medals at the Russian Championship.
As a member of the Russian national team, he played 23 matches and became the bronze medalist of the 2008 European Championship.
After completing his player's career, he began his coaching career and worked for several years in the Khimki Sports School. Since 2021, he has been working in Kazakhstan as an assistant to another ex-Dynamo player Andrei Karpovich – currently at the Elimai club.
