On Tuesday, Dynamo midfielder Egor Smelov turns 20, and defender Stanislav Bessmertniy turns 21.
Egor was born in St. Petersburg and trained at Zenit until the summer of 2021, after which he moved to the Lev Yashin Dynamo Academy. He made his debut in Dynamo-2 in July 2023 and has since played 40 matches, in which he scored three times and recorded three assists.
Last summer, Smelov played for the first time for the main team in the Russian Cup draw, and on Saturday he made his debut in the RPL in a game with Dynamo Makhachkala. He also has three matches on his account as part of the Russian youth national team.
Stanislav is a graduate of the Lev Yashin Dynamo Academy. Speaking in the SFL and the youth championship, he was the captain of the blue and white. He has been playing for Dynamo-2 since August 2021 and last season, together with Egor, helped the team become the champion of Group 2 of Division B of the Second League.
Bessmertniy made his debut in the main team in July 2023 and has since played 15 matches, scoring once. The defender, who spends the second half of the current season on loan at Ural Yekaterinburg, has three matches as part of the Russian youth national team.
