Dynamo Moscow defender Maxim Osipenko turns 32 on Saturday.
A product of Omsk's Neftyanik youth academy, he moved to his city's leading club, Irtysh, in 2012, where he made his senior debut. In 2017, he won the FNL Cup with Voronezh's Fakel. He later moved to Tambov and made his RPL debut at the age of 25.
In January 2020, Maxim was promoted to Rostov and was named team captain in 2021. In September of that year, he made his debut for the national team. Osipenko was Rostov's regular penalty taker and, in the 2024/25 season, tied the Russian Championship record for goals in a season among defenders, scoring nine.
In June 2025, Maxim signed a long-term contract with Dynamo Moscow and, in his first season, played 29 games, scoring three goals.
