Sandro Schwartz returns to Dynamo!

German specialist Sandro Schwartz became the head coach of Dynamo Moscow, signing a three-year contract with the club until the summer of 2029. He will start working with the team at the summer training camp.

Along with Schwartz, assistant Volkan Bulut will join the team's staff. The club will announce other changes later.

The 47-year-old coach previously led Dynamo Moscow from October 2020 to May 2022. Under his leadership, the team demonstrated a vibrant, attacking style of football and won bronze in the Russian Championship for the first time in 14 years, also reaching the final of the Russian Cup.

Sandro also helped Konstantin Tyukavin, Yaroslav Gladyshev, Alexander Kutitsky, and Arsen Zakharyan join the main team.

After leaving Russia, Schwartz spent almost a year as head coach of Hertha Berlin, and then spent two years managing the New York Red Bulls, leading them to the MLS Cup final in 2024.

We wish Sandro success at the helm of Dynamo Moscow and the achievement of our shared goals!
