Over the past three years, PJSC VTB Bank has carried out a comprehensive, multifunctional modification of all basic managerial, sporting, financial, economic, legal and organizational processes at FC Dynamo Moscow.
During this time, relevant specialists have created and launched an effective management model of the club, formed a professional staff that meets the highest requirements. They have fully built a sports direction related to the first team, secured funding for the Lev Yashin Dynamo Academy and brought such areas as commerce, marketing, communication and media to a new level.
The key mission of the VTB Bank investment group has been completed. The football club is provided with everything necessary for progressive, long-term development. VTB Bank has decided to transfer a stock of shares of FC Dynamo Moscow to the Dynamo Sports and Fitness Society. This will not affect sports, financial and managerial activities of the club in any way. The Dynamo Sports and Fitness Society will ensure the work of FC Dynamo in full.
