— How do you rate the team's performance? In the first half, except for a corner in the first minutes, they didn't give anything to the opponent to create.
— In the second half, the opponents also did not create anything until the 85th minute. That is, for 40 minutes we had more possession of the ball and created more. Then we started losing the ball out of the blue and getting quick counterattacks and corners, so this pressure was from there, there was nothing else.
— The lineup in the second half was competitive, so you wanted to decide the outcome of the match in regular time?
— Naturally, we planned to solve everything earlier. We had planned some substitutions and made some other during the match, without thinking about the penalty shootout. Bitello, Fomin, Makarov, Sergeev came out – of course, we wanted to play and win in 90 minutes. Plus, we looked again at the youth players.
— How would you rate Anton Miranchuk's first game in the starting lineup?
— For the first start, he played his 60 minutes well.
