The 21-year-old winger moved to Akhmat Grozny on loan until the end of the 2021/22 season. The Chechen side have the right to buy out the footballer.
Karapuzov joined Dynamo in August 2019. Since then, he played 10 matches for the Dynamo first team and 8 matches for Dynamo-2. Vladislav performed for Tambov in the spring part of the 2020/21 season.
