The goalkeeper Arina Taranchenko became the first player of the Dynamo Women youth team.
The 15-year-old footballer also defends the colours of the Russian junior national team. After signing the contract on Thursday, the girl was solemnly given a T-shirt with the number 1.
— I am delighted to sign a contract with Dynamo, — Arina said. — This is the first professional contract in my life, and I am grateful to the club for the signing and the opportunities that Dynamo offered to me.
As part of the team, Taranchenko will soon go to training camps in Turkey, which are scheduled for the end of January.
— We are very glad that Arina has signed for Dynamo, — the head coach Sergey Lavrentiev noted. — She is a goalkeeper with a great perspective. I can describe her as a very hardworking girl. Moreover, she studies very well, which is no less important for us. We hope that Arina will make a significant progress in our club, and will take a worthy spot in the starting lineup of the Dynamo first team.
