Dynamo Moscow football player Alexander Kutitskiy shared his emotions about the extension of his contract with his hometown club and spoke about the mood of the team before the important derby with CSKA.
– What emotions do you have from the contract extension?
– I am very happy that I have extended my contract with my native club. In fact, this is my second home, my second family – I know absolutely everyone at the club base. Therefore, it was important for me to extend contact with my team. For me, Dynamo is everything!
– You have been in the main team for four years. What goals do you set for yourself for the next part of your career?
– Continue to improve, benefit the team and do what the coaches require of me. Of course, I want to win the Russian Cup and the championship with my native club. I will try my best to help the team.
– You played the last match in the center of defense. How comfortable do you feel in this position, and which partner is the most comfortable to play with?
– In fact, I already feel comfortable playing everywhere – I get game practice in different positions. As for partners, it's comfortable to play with everyone, we have only professionals. But if you take the center of defense, then it's probably nicest to play with Fabi, because he's the most experienced, he's called up to the national team, he constantly gives advice, plus he helps in some situations.
– Is Fabi speaking in Russian on the field?
– He understands Russian, speaks English sometimes. But I have already mastered all his terms and words, so I am used to his speech and understand everything.
– A very important game with CSKA is ahead. With what attitude does the team approach this match?
– With a fighting spirit. All games are important, and we need to win every match to get closer to first place, especially in the Russian Cup we lost to CSKA, and we need to return their favor. We will try to win.
