To get to the match of the 6th round of the group stage of the Cup of Russia against the Fakel (November 26, 19:30), a Fan Card will be required.
If you have already issued tickets for Alfa-Bank RPL matches before, then you will receive tickets in the Fan application.
Other customers who have placed an order through the Dynamo ticket website will be sent a link to link the Fan Card to the ticket to the email address specified during registration, as well as to their Personal Account. After linking, the ticket will become valid; if this is not done, then it will be impossible to use it for the match. You can also issue a ticket refund yourself in your Personal Account.
Tickets that have not been refunded or are associated with a Fan Card will be automatically canceled on November 2, and the funds will be returned in full to the bank card from which the payment was made.
If you placed an order via a link or a qtickets widget, the link to link the Card to the ticket will be sent to the email address specified at checkout. Such tickets can be refunded using the following link.
Season ticket holders do not need to perform any additional actions.
