The Novgorod Dynamo Academy Cup, a junior tournament among boys born in 2013, will be held in Veliky Novgorod at the Electron Stadium from August 24 to 26.
The Dynamo Academy teams from Moscow, Voronezh, Barnaul, Ulyanovsk, Dagestan and Veliky Novgorod, the Electron School and the V. G. Proskurin Voronezh Fakel Academy will compete for the trophy.
The cup has been held since 2023 and gathers teams from all over the country. These games with peers from other regions give children the opportunity to test themselves against unfamiliar rivals. The tournament is part of the general work of the Dynamo Academy for the development of youth football.
The Academy branch in Veliky Novgorod has been operating since 2022 on the basis of the Electron stadium. Dynamo-Electron students study for free, train using Dynamo techniques and go to competitions where they meet with the strongest teams of Russia and the CIS countries.
The tournament program will not be limited to matches. For all three days, the Electron will have a photo zone, an activity zone and a Dynamo market, where you can buy souvenirs. A quest and a prize draw will also be held for guests and participants.
The organizer of the tournament is ANO DO "Dynamo Football Academy". The tournament is held with the support of a SINGLE MCPIS, a partner of the Novgorod branch of the Dynamo Academy.
