Rolan Gusev, who is leaving the post of head coach of the Dynamo Moscow, addressed to the whole Dynamo family.
Dear Dynamo family!
My time at the club where I once took my first steps in football is coming to an end. We've experienced many memorable moments together, including both beautiful victories and painful defeats. But the most important thing that will remain in my memory is the people who surrounded me along the way.
First of all, thank you to our players, who did their job professionally and, despite a difficult tournament situation, didn't give up, demonstrating a thirst for competition and team spirit. This allowed us to achieve a result in the second round of the championship that we're not ashamed of. And in the Cup, we came within a whisker of the Superfinal. I'm confident that our team's biggest victories are yet to come; they are capable of defeating any opponent.
I'm grateful to the club's management for giving me this unique opportunity. It was a serious challenge, and throughout my entire tenure, I've experienced nothing but support and positive emotions – from the management, the office and training center staff, and the media.
We managed to quickly create a professional and engaged coaching, medical, and administrative staff, where every employee demonstrated their best potential.
And of course, the Dynamo fans deserve a special and especially warm word. Friends, you were always there for us, supporting us in the stands even during the most difficult moments, driving us forward to victory – and sometimes you criticized us, but only when we truly deserved it.
And thank you to my family, who are always there for me. I love you very much, my dears!
Dynamo has always been and will always remain in my heart. I wish the club nothing but success!
Yours, Rolan Gusev
