Team status
On Tuesday Dynamo won a beautiful strong-willed victory over CSKA in Novogorsk with a score of 4:3. In the first half, the teams exchanged goals – the blue and white again had a corner kick, after which David Ricardo scored. In the second half, Konstantin Tyukavin brought Dynamo ahead, to which the army team responded with two of their own balls. Our team snatched the victory due to two beautiful goals by Victor Okishor and Egor Smelov.
In addition to Zainutdinov, Juan Caceres and Luis Chavez, who are recovering from the World Cup, will not play on Saturday.
On the eve of the meeting, Konstantin Tyukavin and Sandro Schwartz participated in a special press conference held at the Dynamo beach. Akron did not spend the second season in the Premier League as confidently as the first, and eventually got into the play-offs, in which they hardly beat the Volgograd Rotor (2:1 in the sum of two matches). The Serbian specialist Srdjan Blagojevich, who brought Partizan to the Fraternal Cup last summer, is preparing the team for the new season.
– My first wish is for our team to be organized, courageous and disciplined. I want us to control every match with and without the ball – of course, I can't promise that we will dominate every game, but I can promise that our football identity and game principles will be clear quickly," Blagojevich said in his first interview.
And the team's game will probably be different from the one we have seen over the past two years, because Artem Dzyuba left it. In addition to the main striker, Togliatti lost two important players of the center of the field – Ifet Dzhakovats and Maxim Kuzmin.
Dzyuba was replaced by 26-year-old Serbian striker Slobodan Tedic, who once belonged to Manchester City, and spent the last two seasons at home in Chukariki (18 goals in two years). He has already managed to distinguish himself in both test matches against Rotor (3:1) and Rodina (5:0).
