The head coach of the blue and whites Sandro Schwarz answered journalists' questions after the match with Rubin (1-0).
– It was a very difficult game against a great opponent. It was not easy for us at the beginning of the match, then we seized the initiative, scored a goal and gained advantage. In many moments we should have controlled the ball better, having more players, but the main thing is that we are happy with the result. The pitch was not of the best quality, plus it was not easy to get into the rhythm of the game after the international break. It's good that we won.
– What are your feelings about the fact that the team came out on top? Did you talk about it in the locker room?
– Yes, we came out on top, but we always pay more attention to our development, our style and how we want to play. Now we are getting ready for the cup match on Wednesday in Grozny, in which we want to show a high-quality game and take a new step in our development. That's what we're focused on right now.
– You knew that you were one victory away from leadership. Did it affect the psychological state of the team?
– We had a similar situation before the match in Rostov, but this does not affect our game. We have to look at our results and our game. Yes, at the end of the season everything will be a little different, but now we have played only ten rounds and we have to look at ourselves first.
