Dynamo Moscow head coach Sandro Schwarz on the air of Match Premier shared his expectations for the match with Akron.
– Maxim Osipenko and Rubens returned to the start. Was it hard to change the winning line-up?
– It's always hard to make a decision when all the players are in good shape. But we have the next match on Tuesday, so everyone will get game time next week.
– Why was the choice made in favor of Nicolas Marichal on the right flank of the defense, and not Juan Caceres?
– Nico played great against CSKA on the right edge, and Juan fell out of the rhythm of the game, plus he had a slight injury. So today we decided to play with Marichal on the right.
– After the victory over CSKA, you gave the players two days off, so there were all two days to prepare. Was that enough?
– Quite, we played on Sunday, and today we have an early meeting on Saturday. We have had three training sessions, prepared tactically and are ready to play against a very good opponent who works well with the ball.
– Will you return to Moscow after the match or will you fly to Krasnodar right away?
– We will return to Moscow, but now we need to be one hundred percent focused on this game.
