FC Dynamo Moscow and Rolan Gusev are ending their partnership. Gusev will step down as head coach at the end of May due to the expiration of his contract.
We thank Rolan Gusev for his years of fruitful work at Dynamo, for the high level of professionalism and responsibility he demonstrated at every stage. We wish Rolan Alexandrovich success in his future career!
Gusev joined Dynamo's coaching staff in the summer of 2023, initially as an assistant. He served as the team's acting head coach twice – in the spring of 2025 and the fall of 2025 – and was confirmed in this role for the spring of last season in December 2025.
Under his direct leadership, the team played 24 matches (12 wins, 5 draws, 7 losses), reaching the RPL Cup Path Final. In the 2023/24 season, with Gusev at the helm, the team won bronze in the Russian Championship.
