Disabled fans

The stands of VTB Arena have specially equipped places for fans with limited mobility, designated by special markings:

4th floor stands A, B, C;

5th and 6th floors stands D.

The stadium is entered through specially equipped entrance groups with barrier-free access:

Stand A – entrance groups No. 1 and No. 2;

Stand C – entrance group No. 6 and 7 B/C;

Stand D – entrance group No. 3 and No. 5.

In the underground parking:

Stand A – entrance group No. 7A;

Stand C – entrance group No. 7F.

Ramps are installed inside the entrance groups, as well as along the route to the stands.

Passage to the stands

Entrance to stands A, B and C is through the 4th floor,

Entrance to stand D – through the 5th and 6th floors.

Facilities and accessibility

On all floors where there are places for fans with reduced mobility, there are specially equipped toilets in the foyer, marked with an accessibility sign;

In stands A and C, there are elevators for easy movement.

Fans using wheelchairs, disabled children, and people with disabilities of the 1st group have the right to free admission to home matches of FC Dynamo Moscow.

A free ticket is also provided to one accompanying person.

How to get an invitation ticket?

To apply for tickets for the upcoming matches, you must send an application by e-mail: e.schegolev@fcdynamo.ru.

Application deadlines

Applications are accepted from the moment tickets for the match go on sale.

Applications are accepted until 2 days before the match.

What should be indicated in the application?

For a fan with a disability of the 1st group and a child with a disability:

Surname, first name, patronymic;

Contact phone number;

Fan card number (for RPL matches);

E-mail specified during registration on https://www.gosuslugi.ru/ (for RPL matches);

Scanned copies of documents confirming disability.

For the accompanying person:

Surname, first name, patronymic;

Contact phone number;

Fan card number (for RPL matches);

E-mail specified during registration on https://www.gosuslugi.ru/ (for RPL matches);

The day before the RPL match, the fan and his accompanying person will have QR codes in their personal account on the portal https://www.gosuslugi.ru/, which are necessary for entering the stadium.

Fans with disabilities of groups II and III, as well as pensioners, can purchase tickets with a 50% discount to sectors of the 1st tier of stands A and C.

How to get a discounted ticket?

To purchase tickets for upcoming matches, you must send an application to the e-mail address tickets@fcdynamo.ru, attaching the following documents:

A scanned copy of your passport;

A contact phone number;

An e-mail for placing an order;

A fan card number (for RPL matches);

The desired seat in the stadium;

A scanned copy of a disability certificate or pension certificate.

A QR code required to enter the stadium will appear in your personal account on the portal https://www.gosuslugi.ru/ the day before the RPL match.

Important:

A discount is provided only upon presentation of supporting documents;

Accompanying persons are not included in the preferential category;

Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will receive a ticket - tickets are distributed according to the quota in the order of applications.

Fans with disabilities wishing to attend a match in the away team sector must contact their club.

Parking

Fans with disabilities of groups I and II who use a wheelchair, as well as parents/guardians of children with disabilities can get a free parking space in the stadium's underground parking on the day of the FC Dynamo match.

How to get a car pass?

To apply for an entry permit, send an application to e.schegolev@fcdynamo.ru, indicating:

Surname, first name, patronymic;

Contact phone number;

Car number and make;

A scanned copy of the disability certificate.

Application deadline: no later than 2 days before the match.

Fans with disabilities of group III who have restrictions on independent movement can use special parking spaces marked with a "Parking" sign with sign 8.17 "Disabled" or marking 1.24.3, located near the stadium.

Parking conditions:

There must be free spaces for people with disabilities in the parking lot;

The car must be included in the Federal Register of Disabled People;

The vehicle must be equipped with the “Disabled” identification sign (front or back).

Social taxi stop

For convenient drop-off and pick-up of fans with disabilities on the day of the match, social taxi cars can go to public transport stops located:

Stand A – entrance group No. 1;

Stand D – entrance group No. 5.

Audio description

Free audio descriptive commentary is available for fans with visual impairments.

To use the service, you must contact the Fan Service Department no later than 2 days before the match: https://fcdynamo.ru/club/fanservices/

Spectators with temporary mobility restrictions

Fans who are temporarily experiencing mobility difficulties (for example, due to an injury or fracture) can contact the club to provide an alternative seat in the stands if there are available seats.

To do this, no later than 2 days before the match, you must send an application to the email address tickets@fcdynamo.ru, attaching a medical certificate.
