Dear fans!

If you encounter any issues with your tickets or season passes when entering the stadium on Russian Premier League or Russian Cup match days, please visit the Fan Support Center.

The Fan Support Center is located in the Arena Plaza shopping center, opposite the official Dynamo store in the bas-relief area. It is open on RPL and Russian Cup match days from 10:00 AM until the end of the match.
