On Monday, the coaching staff of the Mexican national team announced the roster of 26 players who will take part in the World Cup, which will be held in their homeland, USA and Canada.
In the group stage of the tournament, the Mexicans will play with the teams of South Africa (June 11 at 22:00 Moscow time), South Korea (June 19 at 4:00) and the Czech Republic (June 25 at 4:00).
Earlier, the Dynamo midfielder played at the 2022 World Cup. Then Chavez played all three matches in the group stage and scored one of the most beautiful goals of the tournament with a direct free kick against the Saudi Arabia national team.
